問題
Given that the outer layer of mesh is there to obscure views horizontally and downward, couldn't the outer layer be removed above 7 feet, or have much larger openings or even a decorative instead of functional design? In this building in particular, the open air rec spaces feel very constrained, and anything that can make them more open should be done.
